Thinking of exercising outdoors? ⚽️🏀🏌️🎖

Here are a few things to consider:

- It’s getting warmer, so bring your own bottled water and take a sip regularly - especially if you are doing strenuous exercises
- Your face masks and keeping 1.5m distance will help prevent the spread
- If you share equipment don't forget to use sanitiser, and wash your hands when you get home
