Why not make your Easter break an active long weekend?
Last year we missed Victoria’s great outdoors but we’re ready to make up for lost time. Take the family out for an adventure in the fresh air this long weekend and take in some of what this great state has to offer.

Food Safety

Here’s an important food safety reminder!
Always wash your fruit and veg before eating 👍
Many hands could have touched your produce before it made it to your lunch box. Washing not only helps to remove bacteria, but it also removes soil that can harbour harmful bugs 🐛

Drink Responsibly

To reduce the risk of harm from alcohol-related disease or injury, healthy adults should drink no more than 10 standard drinks a week and no more than 4 standard drinks on any one day 🗓️

The less you drink, the lower your risk of harm from alcohol

A standard drink contains 10 grams of pure alcohol, and many drinks have 1+ standard drinks in them. If you are unsure, read the label. Alcohol packaging must state how many standard drinks are in it

Melanoma March

Melanoma March 2021

This March we’re asking everyone around Australia to join in and leave your footprint on melanoma!

Buy a $30 digital footprint, personalise it with a message of support or hope, and then share to socials to spread the word.

We want to cover Australia with footprints, so we need 15,000 Aussies to step up and buy a footprint – that’s one for every Australian who will be diagnosed with melanoma this year.

It’s about supporting MIA’s life-saving research so we reach zero deaths from melanoma, and also about supporting each other.

To buy a digital footprint go to https://melanomamarch.org.au
Melanoma March is an initiative of Melanoma Institute Australia.

We are accepting new patients. Covid Booster available for all (Children and Adults).
